The Museum of Childhood Ireland will have a Toy Hospital and Toy Repair school as part of our permanent museum offering, both to carry on the tradition of the Dublin Doll Hospital and to fulfill our firm commitment to sustainability and reuse. Presently we have a Toy, Books and Art lending library at the Liberties Community Project in Dublin 8, and run creative reuse of preloved toys workshops.
We receive numerous requests weekly asking about toy repair and are delighted to share meanwhile that a TOY CARE & REPAIR SERVICE ( Vintage & Modern Toys) is available that will Repair & Restore most Toys, including the following:
